Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All prices include 15% VAT where applicable. Tax invoices issued automatically for VAT-registered businesses.
What does "document request" mean?
One standard document or filing — for example, one NDA, one employment contract, one letter of demand, or one CIPC annual return. Bundles (like a POPIA pack) count separately on the per-item table above.
Do unused requests roll over?
Unused document requests roll over for one month on Growth and Pro plans. Starter requests must be used in the billing month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no lock-ins, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your dashboard or by WhatsApp message. Access continues to the end of the paid month.
What if my document is more complex than a template?
We'll quote a flat fee in rand upfront before starting work. You decide whether to proceed. We never bill by the hour and never surprise you with extras.
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa & Mastercard, instant EFT (Stitch, Ozow), traditional EFT, Yoco, and Payfast. Subscriptions billed monthly on a fixed date.

No. LexFlow is a legal admin and compliance services company — not a firm of attorneys. We do not provide legal advice, court representation, conveyancing, or notarial work. We handle document preparation and administrative filings only.
